We Adhere To Strict Quality Checks Of Our Products Before They Are Dispatched To Our Customers.We Have Fully Automatic Testing Machines In Our House As Per UN Approved Standards.We Have Appointed A Team Of Quality Controllers To Conduct Various Quality Test Include

1. WEIGHT OBSERVATION

Electronic Balance To Check Weight Of Each And Every Drum To Ensure The Drum Weight Should Not Deviate From Tolerance.

2. DROP TEST

We Undertake Drop One From Each Side I.E. Top, Bottom & Body Portion To Ensurethere Is No Rupture Or Leakage.( Drop Height Is 1.50 Metres )

3. LEAKAGE TEST

We Use Vibration Testing Machine For Leakage Test ,Filled Container Were Kept Flat On Vibration Testing Machine For 1 Hr.

4. STACK LOAD TEST

Drum Filled With Water, Was Kept One Over The Other Up To The Height Of 3 Meter To Ensurethere Is No Deformation Or Leakage For 28 Days.

5. HYDRAULIC TEST

Hydraulic Gauge Pressure Of 1.1 Kg/Cm2 Was Applied Inside The Containers For A Period Of 5 Minutes. To Ensure There Is No Leakage Or Rupture.

6. PRINTING TEST

An Adhesive Tape Is Stuck On The Printed Matter On The Containers And Removed After 1 Hour To Ensure There Is No Damage On The Printed Matter.

7. HANDLE TEST

Fill The Container With Specified Load Capacity Of The Container. Suspend The Container From One Handle With A Canvas Strap Tied To The Handle Of The Container. For The Period Of 24 Hours. To Ensure There Is No Damage To The Handle And Container.

8. WALL THICKNESS TEST

The Container Is Cut Vertically And Horizontally And The Cut Section Is Observed To Ensure The Uniform Wall Thickness At The Particular Areas Of The Container.

9. MELT FLOW INDEX

All The Input Raw Materials Such As HDPE, HMHDPE, Master Batches, Are Tested On The Melt Flow Indexer (ASTM D-1238) Per Lot / Batch No. Prior To Issue For Production. Thus, All The Materials Are Controlled In-House And Kept In Records.

10. PIN HOLE TEST

A Bulb/ Torch, Light Is Inserted In The Mouth Of Container To Check For Foreign Particles And Blow Holes.
